Marcus Bell is the attorney clients reach first — and the one who makes sure they are never left wondering what is happening with their case. He handles the firm’s auto-accident practice, representing people injured in car, truck, and motorcycle collisions across Tampa Bay.

Marcus built his reputation on responsiveness. He answers his own phone, returns calls the same day, and makes a point of explaining the process in plain language so clients always know where their claim stands. For people dealing with injuries, missed work, and mounting bills, that steadiness makes a real difference.

Behind the client-friendly approach is sharp, detail-driven advocacy. Marcus digs into crash reports, medical records, and insurance policies to find every avenue of recovery, and he prepares each case as if it will go to trial. He works closely with partners James Maddox and Elena Reyes on the firm’s larger matters, bringing the same diligence to every claim regardless of size.

Marcus earned his law degree from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and is admitted to the Florida Bar. He is proud to represent his neighbors in the Tampa Bay community.
